L'articolo 46 della legge finanziaria per l'anno 2024 ha fissato gli importi dell'imposta dovuta da ciascun residente la cui età è superiore a 12 anni secondo un prezzo che tiene conto dell'istituzione turistica o dei locali destinati all'affitto che hanno ospitato i residenti e l'applicazione di tali importi ai cittadini dell'Unione del Maghreb arabo.
