Pour éviter toute ambiguïté, là ou les chambres, les repas associés et/ou autres extras supplémentaires ne peuvent être annulés, modifiés ou remboursés ( y compris toute « non-présentation »). Ces frais d’annulation doivent indemniser l’hôtel et ne concernent aucun service.

  Si vous ne vous présentez pas à l'hôtel à la date prévue d'arrivée, la totalité du montant réservé est non remboursable.

  L’article 46 de la loi de finances pour l’année 2024 a fixé les montants de la taxe due par chaque résident dont l’âge est supérieur à 12 ans suivant une tarification qui prend en considération l’établissement touristique ou les locaux destinés à la location ayant accueilli des résidents et l’application de ces montants aux nationaux de l'Union du Maghreb Arabe. De plus, les montants de la taxe pour les résidents étrangers ont été relevés comme suit :
