Article 46 of the finance law for the year 2024 has fixed the amounts of the tax due by each resident whose age is over 12 years old according to a pricing that takes into account the tourist establishment or premises intended for rental having hosted residents and the application of these amounts to nationals of the Arab Maghreb Union. In addition, the amounts of the tax for foreign residents have been recorded as follows :

Foreigners : 12TND Ten consecutive nights

El impuesto turístico será pagado en dinares tunecinos por el cliente en el hotel y se mencionará en la factura.
El artículo 46 de la Ley de hacienda para el año 2024 ha fijado los importes del impuesto adeudado por cada residente mayor de 12 años según una tarificación que tiene en cuenta el establecimiento turístico o los locales destinados al alquiler que hayan acogido residentes y la aplicación de estos importes a los nacionales de la Unión del Magreb Árabe. Además, los montos del impuesto para residentes extranjeros se han registrado de la siguiente manera :
