Our stay at this hotel in Tunisia was really great! ☀️🌴 The hotel is very nice, the atmosphere is great, the food is good and the staff is very friendly.

I would especially like to congratulate the animation team, thanks to which we were never bored! 😄

A big thank you especially to Diego uuu uuu uuu — without a doubt the best animator! 🔥 Always smiling, positive, full of energy and good humor. He knows how to set the mood and get everyone involved. We can see that he really likes what he does and that he has a great contact with people. Thanks to him, our stay will remain even more memorable.

Amazing hotel and amazing staff, we loved it here. The rooms are clean but the most important thing is the animation team, they really made a show each night, props to Diego, like man he had energy and he was fantastic. Thank you!!

Advantages: A stay beyond all my expectations! The Marhaba Palace Hotel offers everything you need for absolute relaxation. The facilities are a world in themselves: the private beach, the superb swimming pools and a relaxing setting. A big congratulations to the animation team for their dynamism, and to the reception, restaurant, bar, security and room service staff for their warm welcome. The entire staff is worthy of the highest standards and the cleanliness is impeccable. Without hesitation, I booked another full week, because the experience really deserves it.

Advantages: ​Absolutely flawless from start to finish—a true 10/10 experience! From the warm, welcoming check-in to the spotless, beautiful Presidential Suite, every detail was thought of. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel not just at home but more, in a real palace, and the service was exceptional throughout our entire stay. Variety of food and tast and rest of equipments just added more luxery to our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and can't wait to return!

A nice hotel with a nice pool area (fresh/ salt water) and a short walk to the beach. The staff is very nice and professional in all areas. The animation team creates a good atmosphere

I’ve stayed at Marhaba Palace several times now, but there are always new experiences to be had. First of all, I’d like to thank the front desk staff—especially Nizar, who was there to offer advice and help when someone in our group ended up in the hospital. The bar staff are also always ready with a smile and provide the best service. Here, I’d like to extend my special thanks to Wissem and Brahim. The food is okay, though it could be a bit more varied when it comes to hot vegetables—but there’s always something to choose from. A big plus is that soy milk and oat milk are available in the morning. The restaurant staff was also great, and their friendly service is very pleasant. Our regular waiter on the evening shift was Marwen, and a huge shout-out to him for the superb service, which was always delivered with a smile. A well-deserved thank you also goes to Temmer, Amin, Rachid, and a few others whose names I don’t know, as well as their female colleagues. In the morning, I definitely recommend having an egg—they’re always cooked with love and kindness. The room was fantastic, with a sea view and plenty of space. It was definitely cleaned daily, but nothing more or less than that. Also, a big thank you to Diego from the entertainment team, who always does his best—it’s never too much trouble for him to greet guests and make sure they’re having a good time. All in all, it was another successful vacation, and we’re already looking forward to the next one. Marhaba Palace is slowly starting to feel like a second home.

The hotel is suitable for people who want to be outside the city, love peace and quiet. In the pictures, the hotel looks significantly better. Demanding overhaul and furniture replacement - especially in the rooms. I stayed at the hotel for two weeks, from the beginning I did not like it, but as I lived more I fell in love with this hotel. In my opinion, the greatest treasure of the hotel is the staff, all employees smile, no matter what work they do. Never before have I seen so many employees love what they do and are happy to do it. 🫶 In the hotel every day I felt warmth, care, very great concern for my well-being, joy and felt very special, so special as if I were a famous star ❤️ food was the second best thing. Every day changed, a large selection, for all tastes. I liked that for dinner there were several places where, on the spot, food is prepared specifically for you according to your taste. A fantastic place to spend your vacation 🥰 once again many thanks to all the staff for such a beautiful rest, for care, sincerity, help, responsiveness, support, jokiekm, laughter, lightness and pleasure, I live like In Paradise ❤️❤️❤️

Very good hotel we had a nice room with a beach view...a wide choice at the buffet.. the rooms are very clean....Adel a very nice man and attentive we will come back inchallah

Advantages: Beautiful hotel lovely room. We had a garden suite. Felt like VIPs. Excellent food. The cleanliness of the hotel is First Class and its very modern hotel.
The reception staff especially Rafika is exceptionally friendly helpful and took very good care of us. All the staff are great. My first choice hotel for every time and looking forward to coming back again. Disadvantages: Excellent hotel

I honestly have to give a massive shout-out to Diego from the animation team! He was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. He was so funny, sweet, kind and genuinely made such a difference to our holiday.Diego always made an effort to include everyone and made sure no guest ever felt left out. He had such a lovely personality and brought so much energy, fun and laughter to the hotel. You could tell that he genuinely cared about making sure everyone was having a good time.Whether you wanted to join in with the activities or just have a laugh and a chat, Diego always made you feel welcome. He was one of those people who could brighten your day without even trying!The hotel is very lucky to have someone like Diego on the animation team. The hospitaly here is truly exceptional—every team member, from the front desk and housekeepers to the restaurant staff and entertainment team, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They are amazing, attentive, and always greeted us with genuine smiles.The hotel itself is lovely, with beautiful grounds, clean and comfortable rooms, and great facilities. The location in Port El Kantaoui is ideal, offering easy access to the beach and local sights. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to enjoy every day.What made our stay truly special, though, was the people. Their warmth and dedication created such a welcoming atmosphere that made it hard to leave.I cannot recommend Hotel Marhaba Palace enough, and I am already looking forward to my next visit!
